My Account

In My Account, you can review your current and previous orders, change your details for future orders, change your password. For security reasons, you must make the changes yourself.

Creating an account allows you to:   

- Storing of delivery and invoicing addresses.

- Save the contents of your shopping basket for later, even though it does not constitute a reservation. The price and availability of the products stored in the basket are subject to change, and the most recent price of each product will always appear.  

- View the information of your current order and order history.

My Orders

In Check Orders you will find information on your recent orders. Here you can check the status of your current order at any time. Click Check Orders to see more details. This section also includes the invoice/document for the purchase, returns and the receipt.

Payment Methods

If you want to modify your payment method, select the payment options listed and click on the Save button.

My Addresses

You can save delivery addresses for future purchases. If you want to change or delete them, click My Account.  Remember, you must change or update addresses before completing your order.

My Password

Your password is located in the "My Account" section you can change and/or update your account login password. It is recommended that your password contain at least 8 characters combining letters, numbers and a capital letter and click on "Save".

Register

To shop on bloqed.com, you have the option of creating an account by following these steps:

  • At the top right of the website, click "My Account" and you will be presented with a page where you can Register and then Create Account. Fill in the required fields.
  • In the Password field, it is recommended you enter a password with at least 8 characters, combining letters, numbers and at least one capital letter.
  • To complete the registration process, click on the Register button.

If you do not want to create an account, you can shop as a guest. For greater convenience and security, we recommend you always enter all the details requested, particularly your email address so we can contact you if necessary.


Orders

Order Invoice

If you need the purchase invoice, we suggest you create an account with the tax details of the company and/or register as a private individual by entering the tax data necessary for issuing the invoice. This way you will have the invoice always available in PDF format in the My Orders section. Otherwise, in the My Orders section, you will find the purchase receipt.

Change Address

If you need to change the shipping/delivery address, click "Login", enter your credentials and click the "Log in" button.  In the "My Account Details" page, scroll down and click "Add/Edit Shipping details" button where you can update your billing and shipping addresses. Finally, click the Save button.

If more than one day has passed, we suggest you contact our Customer Service Department in the Contact section as soon as possible.  Please note that any change of address after sending the order can cause a delay in delivery of at least 72 hours (business days).

Modify An Order

If you wish to modify or cancel an order that has just been processed, you will have to contact our Customer Service Department. Bear in mind that the cancel order only is available if your order is not yet finalised.
Once canceled, you cannot go back, but you can always place a new order.

After Payment

Shortly after authorising the payment you will receive an email with the order number. From this moment on, you can check the order status in the section My Orders. All orders will be subject to availability. When there are supply issues or there are no items in stock, we will send the rest of the items or cancel them in the case of an order with only a single item. We will reimburse you for the amount you have paid for the unavailable items.

Without Registering

If the purchase process proceeds without registration, you will be given the option of registering as a registered customer or guest if you wish.

Please follow the steps of the purchasing process, filling out or verifying the information requested in each step. Additionally, during the purchasing process, you will be able to modify the details of your order before making your payment.

For greater convenience and security, we recommend you always enter all the details requested, particularly your mobile phone number. This way we can contact you if necessary.

Processing Orders

Once you have added all the items you want to buy to the shopping bag, the next step will be to process the order as a registered or unregistered guest and make the payment. To do so, please follow the steps of the purchasing process, filling out or verifying the information requested in each step. Additionally, during the purchasing process, you will be able to modify the details of your order before making your payment.

My Basket

Adding items to the shopping basket without completing the purchasing process does not constitute a reservation. The price and availability of the products stored in the basket are subject to changes. You'll find the most recent price of each product in the basket.


Returns

Disputed Refund

If the amount of your refund is incorrect, please contact us, and we will resolve the problem as soon as possible.

Please remember that Bloqed reserves the right to reject returns communicated or sent outside the set period and those referring to products which are not in the same their original condition.

Refund Period

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used to process the order in an estimated time of 10-14 days, depending on your bank and the method of payment used.

At the time of making the refund, if you no longer have the card with which you paid, we suggest you contact us.

Exchanges

You can exchange an item purchased on our website within 14 days from the date of the shipment confirmation. The exchange will be possible as long as it is an exchange for the same item (same style), by colour and/or size, it is in perfect condition, the price has not changed and we have the item in stock.

Return Process

Bloqed wants you to be happy with your order: Please check the relevant section on this page and follow the instructions. However, please be aware that we can only accept your goods if they are returned in accordance with this policy.

Bloqed recommends customers check sizes carefully against the size chart before purchase.

Underwear, briefs, tailored or customized goods are non-returnable in accordance with Distance Selling and Sale of Goods Act regulations (UK). Also, headwear is not returnable.

Underwear may only be returned in original condition. For health and hygiene reasons we are unable to exchange or refund underwear unless tags are still in place and packaging remains in original and undamaged condition. Please ensure that briefs are tried on over your own underwear, we will not accept returns that have been damaged or worn.

Items with a seal tag will only be accepted where the seal tag remains attached and undamaged. Goods will not be accepted if they are returned in any other condition.

The goods must be returned unwashed, unworn with all labels and tags left attached. Bloqed asks that you try the garment when you are not wearing fragrance, deodorant or make-up to avoid leaving marks or scent. Goods will not be accepted if they are returned in any other condition.

If you are eligible, we can only process a refund with proof of purchase onto the original card used to pay for the goods. As long as you send the goods back to us in accordance with the Conditions of Return, Bloqed will refund your order within 28 days of receiving the goods.

If you are sensitive to the material fabric or any of the products used in the manufacturing process you should contact Bloqed who will endeavour to provide a sample of the material where appropriate prior to purchase.

 

Please note:
It is your responsibility for return freight costs and 'consignments freight-forward' will not be accepted.

Bloqed reserves the right to refuse returns outside the time limit if the garments are not in the same condition in which they were sent and/or if they do not comply with our return conditions. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods.

The limit for returns is 14 days after receiving the item(s).

Returns may be subject to a 15% administration fee.

Currently, the Bloqed online store offers a selection of t-shirts and underwear made with strict manufacturing criteria.
Personal Tailoring, including the same quality of the fabric with the option of additional sizing as required or preferred apparels could be developed.

Product Availability

If an item is sold out, it will be indicated on our website with a "Product Availability Date" listed and we will re-stock it as soon as possible.

To check our website on the availability of an item, please send us an email through the contact section of our website.
During high sales periods, Christmas and/or special promotions, this option may not be available for all items.

Faulty Product

If under rare circumstances, you have received a defective or faulty item, the quickest solution is to contact us as soon as possible.

Once we have assessed the condition of the garment and in the event that the defect is confirmed and we have that particular item in stock, we will exchange the item as soon as possible.

If the item is not in stock and will not be available in the near future, we will refund your payment.

Payments

Pre-Authorisation

When paying for an order by card, your bank may withhold the order amount.

For purchases made with a debit card, it will be automatically unblocked within an estimated period of 6 to 9 days. For purchases made with a credit card, it will be automatically unblocked within a period of up to 30 days depending on the bank or financial institution.

This is a usual procedure by banks to ensure the transaction is viable. For this reason, they retain the amount in question from when the order is received until the charge is made by Bloqed. In some cases, the unblocking of the retention can overlap with the actual charging of the order. This incident is completely unrelated to Bloqed and is due to the existing operations between banks and card issuers. In these cases, we recommend that you contact your bank to expedite the release of the pre-authorisation.

The card details you provide will be processed with SSL encryption. For payments with credit and debit cards, you are required to enter the CVV (Card Verification Value), a code printed on the card that serves as a security measure during electronic commerce transactions. Credit cards shall be subject to authorisations and checks by their issuing entity, but if this entity does not authorise the payment we shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure to deliver, and we shall not be able to formalise any contract with you.

In the event that your card is rejected, it could be for the following reasons:
The card may have expired. Check that your card has not surpassed the expiry date.
The card may have reached its credit limit. Check with your bank that the card has not exceeded its credit limit.
The details entered may be incorrect. Check that you have filled in all the required fields correctly.


Shipping

Shipping Information

Getting your goods to you securely and quickly is of the utmost importance to us, which is why we take special care for each of our deliveries.

Costs will depend on your location, how quickly you want to get your product and if you want your shipment tracked.

You will be presented at least two options depending on your location when you check out.

If your order is taking longer than expected or you want to find out when it will arrive, you can check its progress using your tracking number which will be provided to you if Standard Tracking mail option was selected.
